A real fun day at Saturday’s Hedsor House Wedding. Alice & Martin had superb weather and a stunning setting at Hedsor House. Here are a few photographs taken in the bridal suite of beautiful bride Alice and her bridesmaids, Tanya & Daisy. There was a break with tradition later in the day after the wedding breakfast. As it was such a beautiful evening the speeches were made outside in the sunken garden. This is the first time I have seen this at a wedding and it gave the day an unusual twist. Photographs of the ceremony, the speeches and the dancing yet to come – and some photograaphs of the groom Martin as well! Lots more to follow soon so do bookmark me and come back soon!
A Hedsor House wedding is a great venue if you want a private country house for your wedding day with terrific views and grounds set in a 100 acre historic Buckinghamshire park. Formerly a Royal Residence of Augusta the Princess of Wales, perched high above the Thames. I was very impressed with the historic building and in particular the Grand Ballroom where the wedding ceremony was held. The evening celebrations were also held here and the ballroom was transformed for the first dance. Alice & Martin were off on their Honeymoon the very next day although Alice did not know where she was going as Martin had arranged everything as a surprise.
I took some wonderful photographs here at this Hedsor House Wedding and I will be posting some more over the coming days.
