A glorious Coltsfoot Summer Wedding Day last month for Nicky and Richard who were wed at St Mary’s Church in Old Welwyn. It has been a while since I saw a horse and carriage but Nicky had set her heart on one because of her love of horses and she asked me for a photograph of the horseshoe from a horse that she had owned.
Richard struggled to hold back his emotion as his little girls and beautiful bride arrived for the wedding ceremony at Welwyn. I asked for the carriage to pull up outside of Coltsfoot so that we could do some shots with the Hertfordshire countryside and the stunning cloud formations as a backdrop.
I often shoot weddings here at Coltsfoot. I have been recommended as a wedding photographer here for many years. It is a venue that is very close to me. You can see several more examples of my wedding photography at Coltsfoot here.
So that is the last Coltsfoot Summer Wedding Day for this year with my next visit in November. However I look forward to photographing more Coltsfoot Summer Weddings next year!
